Blue Wing Labs keeps this website simple. The website does not include a user account system, checkout flow, advertising trackers, or embedded analytics dashboard.

Blue Wing Labs is a product operated by Clarkii Outdoors LLC. This website and the Blue Wing Labs iOS app are provided by Clarkii Outdoors LLC.

What the website collects

The website includes an optional support and product update form. If you use that form, Blue Wing Labs collects the name you provide, your email address, the selected request type, your message, the date and time of submission, and the source of the request. If you contact Blue Wing Labs by email, your email address and message content may be used to reply to you, provide support, or send product updates you requested.

How contact information is used

Blue Wing Labs may use email communications to:

• reply to support or product questions,
• share product updates you requested,
• follow up about Blue Wing Labs questions or support requests.

Third-party services

Blue Wing Labs uses service providers only as needed to operate the website, email support, app functionality, and optional backups. These may include website hosting, email providers, and Apple services such as CloudKit if you enable app backup or sync. Blue Wing Labs does not sell personal information and does not share user data with advertising networks or data brokers. Service providers that process user data are expected to protect that data consistently with this policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Blue Wing Labs iOS app

This section applies specifically to the Blue Wing Labs iOS app and explains what information may be stored in the app, how it is used, and how you can remove it.

Data stored in the app

The Blue Wing Labs iOS app may store the following data on your device:

• local inventory information,
• shopping list entries,
• tie history and progress,
• app preferences and settings,
• optional submission details and photos you choose to provide.

Data that stays only on your device is not collected by Blue Wing Labs. If you enable Apple CloudKit backup or sync, app backup data may be transmitted through Apple services so the app can support backup and restore. If you choose to send a support request, feedback message, submission, or photo to Blue Wing Labs, the content you send may be collected so Blue Wing Labs can review and respond to it.

How we use app data

Blue Wing Labs uses app data to:

• provide core app functionality such as inventory, lists, and progress tracking,
• support backup and restore when CloudKit syncing is enabled,
• review and respond to optional submissions or support requests you send.

Retention, deletion, and consent

Website access requests, support emails, feedback, and optional submissions are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested updates, maintain records, improve the product, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of personal information you sent to Blue Wing Labs, withdraw consent for future product update emails, or ask privacy questions by contacting clarkiioutdoors@gmail.com.

You can delete local app data from your device by using app controls where available or by removing the app from your device. CloudKit backup or sync data can be managed through Apple account and iCloud settings, and you may also contact Blue Wing Labs for help with app data questions.

Tracking and analytics

Blue Wing Labs does not use third-party advertising trackers in the website or iOS app. Blue Wing Labs also does not use analytics in the iOS app unless this policy is updated to say otherwise. Blue Wing Labs does not use app data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
